Advantages of the product

Efficient Power Distribution

Our electrical distribution panel is designed for efficient power distribution. It adopts a reasonable busbar design with high - conductivity copper busbars, which can transmit large currents with low power loss. The distribution circuits are divided scientifically according to the load characteristics and power requirements of different electrical equipment, ensuring that each load can obtain a stable and sufficient power supply. The panel also has a compact layout of distribution components (e.g., circuit breakers, contactors), which shortens the wiring length, reduces line resistance, and further improves the efficiency of power distribution, ensuring that electrical energy is transmitted from the power source to the load in the most efficient way.

Comprehensive Protection Function

The electrical distribution panel is equipped with a comprehensive protection function. It is installed with various protection devices, such as circuit breakers (for short - circuit and overload protection), residual current devices (RCDs, for leakage protection), and surge protectors (for lightning and surge protection). These devices can quickly respond to different types of electrical faults: when a short - circuit or overload occurs, the circuit breaker trips to cut off the power supply; when a leakage current is detected, the RCD trips to prevent electric shock; when a surge voltage occurs (e.g., lightning strike), the surge protector absorbs the surge energy to protect the panel and connected equipment. The comprehensive protection function ensures the safety of the power distribution system and the electrical equipment.

common problem

Can the electrical distribution panel be expanded to add more circuits?

Yes, it can be expanded. When designing, a certain number of reserved installation positions can be set according to customer needs. If more circuits are required in the future, additional circuit breakers and wiring can be added to the reserved positions without replacing the entire panel.
Some models are suitable for outdoor use. Outdoor-specific electrical distribution panels are designed with weather-resistant enclosures that can resist rain, dust, and extreme temperatures. The internal components are also selected for their ability to withstand outdoor environmental conditions.
Regular maintenance includes checking the tightness of wiring connections to prevent loose connections from causing overheating, inspecting the appearance of circuit breakers for damage or tripping signs, cleaning dust inside the panel to avoid electrical interference, and testing the protection functions of circuit breakers.

User evaluation of the product

Jennifer Cooper

This electrical distribution panel differs from control panels—it focuses on power distribution rather than equipment control. It’s compact, fitting in our small power room, and the technical team’s on-site installation was completed in one day. The after-sales team answered our usage questions promptly.

Richard Torres

We use this electrical distribution panel in our shopping mall. It operates stably even with high daily power load, and its dust-proof design keeps internal components clean. The company’s CE/ETL certifications guarantee its compliance with international safety standards.
