Stable Voltage Output

The transformer ensures stable voltage output. It is equipped with a voltage regulation device (e.g., on - load tap changer or off - load tap changer) that can adjust the turns ratio of the winding according to the change of input voltage or load. When the input voltage fluctuates (e.g., increases or decreases) or the load changes (e.g., increases suddenly), the voltage regulation device can quickly adjust the output voltage to keep it within the rated voltage range. This stable voltage output ensures that the electrical equipment connected to the transformer can operate normally, avoiding damage to the equipment caused by voltage instability and ensuring the quality of products produced by the production line.

Excellent Heat Dissipation Performance

Our transformer has excellent heat dissipation performance. For oil - immersed transformers, we use high - quality transformer oil with good heat dissipation and insulation performance, and design a reasonable oil tank structure and cooling fins to increase the heat dissipation area. For dry - type transformers, we adopt air - cooled or forced air - cooled cooling methods, equipped with high - efficiency fans to accelerate air circulation. The excellent heat dissipation performance ensures that the transformer can effectively dissipate the heat generated during operation, preventing overheating of the core and windings, and maintaining the stable operation of the transformer even under full - load or overload conditions.
